The histopathology report revealed a reactive mesothelial cells in the peritoneal washing and a primary adenocarcinoma of the left fallopian tube stump which remained after surgery for the ectopic. After the surgery, she had adjuvant chemotherapy with single agent carboplatin. A year later, clinical and imaging (CT scan) examinations showed no signs of recurrence.
